Jaylee (Age 16, She/Her)

Jaylee loves basketball, soccer, photography, animals and playing sports for Special Olympics- Area 12. Beyond her interests, Jaylee has an incredible ability to feel what others are feeling. She is deeply in tune with emotions and doesn't like to see anyone hurting, often showing compassion in the purest and most genuine way.

Living with autism and a severe intellectual disability, she experiences the world in her own unique and beautiful way. Her journey has not been easy. As a cancer survivor, she has already faced challenges that many people never encounter in a lifetime. She is not defined by her diagnoses, but by her bravery, her uniqueness, and the joy she brings to the world.

Jaylee has taught everyone around her the true meaning of patience, understanding, and unconditional love. She amazes people every single day, not just through big milestones, but in the small, meaningful moments that reflect her spirit. Through her eyes, the world slows down just enough to remind others what really matters, and in doing so, she leaves a lasting impact on everyone lucky enough to know her.
